Crazy Tulsa Weather!

Well, after a week of sunshine.....we had almost a foot of snow!! It was actually a lot of fun because we had a full day of snow and within 24 hours it was ALL melted and 60 degrees! Since we had a very mild winter this year, this was Jackson's first experience playing in the snow. He loved it!!

Big News!!

It doesn't seem like that long ago that we were blessed with little Jackson. We never imagined we could love anyone or anything as much as we love our baby boy. Being Jackson's parents is our greatest joy! He is amazing and just so special in every way! Jackson will become a big brother in October!! We are so excited to welcome a new baby into our family and can't wait for his or her arrival! Jackson will be a great big brother!!

Jackson's first haircut

Jackson had his first haircut yesterday. He sat up in the chair like a big boy and let her snip away! However, he was a little preoccupied with a piece of candy :-) Everyone who has seen him after his haircut thinks he looks like such a big boy...but he'll always be my baby!!

Holy Pitt!

Woo hoo!! What an amazing Super Bowl Sunday! We went over to Mitch and Mandy's to watch the game. This was Jackson's 2nd Super Bowl and he was all dressed up in his Steelers gear.

One Year Pictures

Here are Jackson's one year photos. They let us bring in a cake for him to eat.....again, it is confirmed that Jackson has a sweet tooth! He had a great time at his photo shoot!

One Year Later....

We cannot believe our little baby boy is now one year old! He is such a blessing and has changed our lives completely. This past year has been so much fun. Waking up to his smiling face every day is the best feeling in the world! We love him so much and couldn't be any prouder!! It has been amazing watching him discover things for the first time. In one short year, he has learned so much and we are so excited for the future!!
Jackson had a great first birthday! He tasted cake for the first time and I think it's safe to say that he has a bit of a sugar tooth!

Santa Claus

Jackson has had a few encounters with Santa Claus and is not quite sure what to think. His first meeting went pretty well. He didn't cry but he didn't smile either. A week later, Jackson went with his cousins to see Santa Claus and it was not fun. The minute he saw Santa, he burst into tears and screamed....oh, did he scream! He held on to mommy so tight that I think I had claw marks on me!
